Bavarian Forest
Over peaks and borders
The southern part of the Bavarian Forest in the border triangle between Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic offers a picturesque landscape with a huge variety of options for interesting activities and courses throughout the whole year. Alpine conditions on an altitude of 1,000 m allow for deep experiences on inner and outer borders– in particular in wintertime.
The house Wolfsteiner Hütte in the centre of the idyllic town of Mitterfirmiansreut is in close vicinity to the Bavarian Forest National Park. This facility has enough space for two groups, split into 2 to 12 bed rooms. Apart from winter sports with secure snow conditions, here we offer climbing and abseil facilities right next to the house.
House Wiesengrund with its wonderful free-standing location near Haidmühle is not far from the famous Dreisesselberg mountain and offers direct access to the ski track network for cross-country skiing. The spacious outdoor area also offers climbing and abseil facilities. This house has 3 to 6 bed rooms, each with own shower/toilet suitable for two groups.
