Recognition beyond Erlebnistage
The “Practical Training in Experiential Education” PEP (Praxisausbildung Erlebnispädagogik) is our advanced training module since 2002 that can be completed within an internship of at least 20 weeks at all four Erlebnistage sites. This offer is intended primarily for students and graduates of educational training courses at technical and vocational schools, universities of applied sciences and universities.
The PEP offer is also intended to fulfil the requirements for a competence-focused training in a learning environment mediating between theory and practice. Overall, the goal is a competence profile that should enable the intern to select, plan and substantiate experiential education activities, to autonomously carry them out subject to high safety and quality standards in a precisely defined framework and to evaluate and reflect them.
Responsible for the overall design of PEP is the Board and the Executive Management of Erlebnistage | GFE e.V. The responsibility for the implementation of PEP lies with the relevant site.
The interns commit to working for the duration of their internship, for which they receive an internship remuneration. The attendance of all training events is free of charge.
The training modules are monitored by an Advisory Council that is made up of renowned educational scientists from universities of applied sciences and universities. The following are currently members of the Adisory Council:
